UPS DELAYS
When UPS is delayed by Mother Nature UPS does not refund shipping charges. UPS will try there hardest to get everyone there orders by Christmas. As of Dec15 air orders are not guarenteed but should make delivery on time.

How Do I Place A Lay-Away Order?
Its as easy as 1 - 2 - 3
1. Place the item(s) you would like to purchase into your shopping cart
2. When checking out, select the Lay-Away Payment Option as your method of payment
When the billing form asks you to enter the bank name and phone number,
enter the words lay-away into both fields
3. Make the initial payment and your account is open
Lay-Away terms and conditions
Take up to 3 months to pay off your items.
1.We require a 25% down payment. Your Lay-Away account will be opened once you call us with your credit card number or send us a check, money order or cashiers check to the address listed below.The items you ordered will then be placed on hold and
set aside until final payment is received.
2.Lay-Away payments may not be transferred to another item
3. Lay-Away orders may be paid in full at any time with no penalty charges.
4. Lay-Away deposits and Lay-Away payments are non-refundable.
5. If the 3 month Lay-Away time expires, and full payment has not been received, we will attempt to reach you with a reminder. We understand that sometimes people forget or run into tight times. Please let us know if you need to make special arrangements. If your Lay-Away account is still not paid in full 30 days after the final payment date, and you have not contacted us, the account will be considered abandoned and the account will be closed.
6. When your final payment has been received
and the funds are deposited into our account we will ship your items.

Shipping Policy
Unless otherwise noted or requested we ship ground, free of charge if your shipping address is within the USA.
If you choose to ship overnight, 2 day, 3 day or to an address outside the USA, our shipping rates are exactly what the carriers charge us. Orders received after 3:00 are not guarenteed to ship the same day on air packages. UPS does not include the day the package ships as one of the days. They also do not count saturday and sunday as shipping days. Depending on availability, we ship within 2 business days of receiving your order.
Return Policy
We accept products for return up to 30 days from the delivery date. This is always extended for the Holiday season until January 15(starting date Dec 10 2006). If you are not completely satisfied with any purchase made at Billiards911.com, simply call or email us and ask for a return authorization number. You have one week after receiving the merchandise to look it over and report any damage to billiards911.com. You are responsible for looking over the merchandise verifying there is no damage. If you need to return product it must be shipped and properly insured, in its original new condition, and in its original box with all original contents. Under no circumstances can we accept chalked cues for return. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges on returned item(s). That means the shipping back to us as well as the shipping it cost to send the product to you. We cover return shipping charges if you were shipped a wrong or damaged item. When returning an item that is defective we cover ground shipping not air so please send the item back ground. IF YOU SEND IT BACK AIR YOU WILL ONLY BE CREDITED FOR GROUND SHIPPING! You are also responsible for packaging the cue so that it is not just a cue in a box with no protection. Damaged incurred do to this is the responsibility of the customer. If you have not received your order within 10days of ordering please contact us because something has gone wrong with your order. We only keep tracking information on packages shipped for two months after the order is processed it is up to you the customer to notify billiards911 in a timely matter so we are still able to track down your order. There is not anything we can do after the 2 months, the tracking system will not work after that long. We are not responsible after months have gone by.
Pool Table Return Policy: Any damages obtained during shipping are the responsiblity of the freight company. Please contact us at 206-945-1888 immediately if a pool table is delivered damaged. All pool table returns will incur a 15% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges on returned item(s).
