Lifetime Warranty against warpage and defects The only warranty in the business to cover warpage McDermott Handcrafted Cues warrants its pool cues purchased from an authorized McDermott Cue retailer or distributor to be free of defects in material and workmanship, including warpage, for the lifetime of the product. McDermott will, without charge to the consumer, repair or replace your cue, provided that the claim is accompanied by a copy of the original sales receipt from an authorized McDermott dealer. McDermott does not warrant its product against damage caused by third parties. This warranty does not cover replaceable items such as tip, finish, and wrap. McDermott will fix such items, however, for a fee. In addition, McDermott, at its sole discretion, may void this warranty if there is evidence of abuse or mishandling.

Renowned for the most thorough wood seasoning process in the industry to insure absolute straightness, McDermott brings 175 years of experience between 15 cue artisans. The manufacturing process includes over 150 separate operations in the construction of each cue. Three-piece butt construction promotes straightness over the life of the cue. Inlays and rings are precision milled to within .001 of an inch and hand glued to guarantee a perfect fit. Founded in 1975 McDermott Cues are of the highest quality American made two-piece cues.McDermott Cue Manufacturing will warrant this pool cue to be free from defects in material and workmanship, including warpage, for the entire lifetime of the cue. The warranty applies to all parts but excludes normal wear on replaceable items such as: the tip, the finish, and the wrap. This warranty is non-transferable and covers only the original owner. If your cue has a defect covered by this warranty, McDermott Cue will either repair or replace your cue, at our option, without charge, provided the claim is accompanied by a copy of the original sales receipt from an authorized McDermott Dealer. At the sole discretion of McDermott Cue, this warranty may be void if the cue has been damaged by abuse or mishandling.
